Pictograms:
Get Out of Town
 

Utilitarian and iconic, a strong family of pictograms can easily convey meaning to anyone, 
regardless of cultural and linguistic barriers. In regard to personal and communal safety, these pictograms are designed to quickly communicate oncoming hazards that may impact personal safety through an easily memorable kit of parts.

After creating and experimenting with a grid-based written type form, I created a hypothetical coffee company with accompanying logo to best utilize the type’s formal and spatial qualities.
